A few things you may wonder.

Have another question? Get in touch.
What cleaning products do you use?

We use water, soft brushes, and gentle cemetery-safe biological cleaners suited to the marker’s material and condition. We never use bleach, wire brushes, or pressure washers.

Will cleaning damage the stone?

We assess the marker before cleaning and use gentle methods appropriate for its condition. If a stone is unstable, cracked, or too fragile to clean safely, we stop and discuss the options with you. Cleaning cannot restore existing damage.

How will I receive my photos?

We send before-and-after photos by text or email after each visit, whichever you prefer.

What if the cemetery doesn’t allow outside cleaners?

We check the cemetery’s rules before your visit. If we can’t serve that cemetery, you won’t be charged.

How do I pay?

After we confirm your booking, we send a secure payment link. We never ask you to send card details by text or email. Recurring visits are confirmed with you; this request does not start automatic billing.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Contact us as soon as your plans change. We’ll confirm cancellation or rescheduling options before you pay. Cemetery access, weather, and flower availability can affect visit dates.
